Perfect business stay in Orléans

The apartment consist of 2 rooms (bedroom and living room) and kitchen. A lot of space, fully equipped and clean. It is well thermally isolated hence the temperature inside was much lower than outside. The host is very friendly and helpful, answers to all online inquires very fast. It is possible to obtain a company invoice as well.

The building is quite old and has mostly wooden interior hence very narrow staircase and creaky floors. The bathroom was quite narrow as well. The street in front of the apartment is under construction hence you need to park somewhere else. The parking fees are extreme in Orléans. If you look for a free parking you find some along the river.

Great value in a city-centre location with a welcoming and helpful host.

Excellent city-centre location, great value for money. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as a selection of CDs and a hi-fi. The host was very pleasant and welcoming, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He seems to have filled the premises with stuff bought from brocantes and flea markets, with the result that the house is full of interesting stuff. There is a great selection of restaurants just a couple of hundred metres up the road - in particular, the Taj Mahahal offers Indian and Pakistani food at very reasonable prices and with excellent service. For morning coffee, a little further up the road is a combination library, bookstore and cafe.

Our only comment would be that the apartment is at the top of the house, reached by a narrow wooden staircase. There did not appear to be any means of escape in the event of a fire.

The apartment was nice. Good amount of room. The owner had spent time thinking what would make guests comfortable which was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. It had everything I needed. Thanks.

Wk à Orléans pour un concert au top

Accueilli par le fils du propriétaire, nous avons échangés quelques minutes de façon très agréable. Le logement est plaisant avec une déco originale. Le coin nuit est douillet. Nous pouvons facilement faire toutes nos balades à pied.

Les serviettes de toilette mériteraient d'être changées. En effet, non seulement petites mais plutôt rêches que moelleuses.. La salle d'eau est vraiment froide et le porte serviette électrique ne fonctionne pas vraiment malgré un forçage à 27 degrés.

Die Straße, in der das Appartement liegt, ist durch eine Baustelle unterbrochen und nicht leicht zu finden. Das Haus selbst sieht von außen recht renovierungsbedürftig aus. Zudem waren noch recht lange Gespräche auf der Starsse - sie zentrale Lage hat auch Kehrseiten
