This is a wonderful place to stay in Orleans!

Ava, the owner , was a lovely helpful host. You are staying over her living quarters, so if you need to communicate with her, it is easy to do so. Your living area is spacious, modern, clean and filled with light! The kitchen is fully equipped and looks over the courtyard and the Cathedral in the distance. Ava had wonderful suggestions for restaurants in the area that were within easy walking distance. You are in a the middle of the city . The streets are very narrow and the entrance to her drive is tight. follow your GPS on your phone carefully. I forgot to mention that the bed is wonderful…very comfortable!

Very well maintained and clean property. Helpful host. Parking on site is really handy, the entrance is quite tight but I was able to manoeuvre my 4x4 into the drive.

Very friendly and helpful host. Wonderful location and apartment, clean and comfortable. Very good experience and we will come back again for sure and stay longer. The city is very pretty and people friendly, not like the capital! ;) It was a wonderful start of our vacations, thank you guys for your hospitality !

Beautiful place, large, quality fit out and furnishings, lovely garden and cathedral view, safe bike storage, very nice hosts, perfect central but very quiet location

The only thing it needs is a fan or air con because it’s quite warm and most windows get afternoon sun but there are lots of windows to open for breeze and quality curtains

The great option to stay in the center of Orleans.

The great option to stay in the center of Orleans. The apartment is located in a very historical center of Orleans (one wall of the "backyard" is the common wall with Campo Santo) and you see the cathedral from the windows (you will learn the schedule of bells very quickly))). However, it is very quiet even though it is in 5 minutes from Rue de Bourgogne with many restos, cafes, and activities there) It is in 10 minutes of walking from the central railway station. The apartment is on the second (first?) level of the house (with stairs). The house is old (and very interesting itself) but fully refurbished inside, so the apartment is very roomy, lightly, cozy, well organized with very good taste, and equipped with everything for the one-two week stay. The bedroom is good with a convenient bed and pillows. The bathroom (separated from the toilet) is also good. The kitchen has all stuff for cooking if you are going to. The hosts are very pleasant people with attention to all details to make your stay as comfortable as possible - very good communication and assistance to get to the apartment. Thank you again for our perfect stay in Orleans ) We are travelling a lot but this apartment is a very nice memory. I hope to stay in this apartment again on our next visit to Orleans.

Ruhiges Appartement trotz Nähe zur Kathedrale. Sehr modern, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Viel Platz . Wohn- und Schlafzimmer großzügig. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Das Erreichen der Unterkunft ist aufgrund der Lage etwas schwierig. Das Auto darf dabei nicht allzu groß sein, da die Gassen sehr schmal sind.

Les hôtes sont adorables, disponibles et très arrangeants, nous avons eu un superbe accueil. L'appartement est propre, mignon et confortable. Idéalement placé, tout se fait à pied dans le centre-ville. Et quelle vue ! Juste derrière la superbe cathédrale Sainte-Croix. Nous y retournerons volontiers pour notre prochain séjour à Orléans.
