Everything is just perfect. The fact it is not inside the city wall gives the opportunity to walk through the surroundings. The neighborhood is peaceful and it is a perfect spot to know more about York, not only the touristic part. And for those fond of nature, there is an incredible playground around the place and a forest -Knavesmire - 10 minutes by bus.

Clean and comfortable apartment which is ideally located just a few minutes walk from the river and the city centre.
Slightly odd that the toilet is on a different floor to the bedroom and shower.

Clean and modern apartment, fairly close to York centre. The shower was powerful and the fully functioning kitchen was useful.
Quite noisy for someone sleeping on sofa bed as the windows are single glazed and it’s a main road. Extremely uncomfortable sofa bed - wafer thin mattress, no bedding or sheets left out for us, had to find a cover less duvet and pillows cupboard upstairs. No wine glasses - only prosecco. Lots of mismatched crockery and no hand towel or hand towel rail in the toilet. It seems like things have been broken or stolen from the property over time and nothing has been replaced.
