The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, making it easy to host family and friends for a weekend getaway. After a day on the slopes or trails, unwind in the cozy living area by the propane fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 60" flatscreen TV. The dining table comfortably seats four, and the unit sleeps up to six guests. Located in the highly desirable Mammoth Estates community, you’ll be just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and bustle. This is the perfect year-round base for your mountain adventures, whether you're visiting in winter for skiing, snowboarding or in summer for hiking and outdoor fun. Conveniently located across the street from a shuttle stop to take you around town. Guests enjoy access to two unassigned outdoor parking spaces. The amenities at this complex come with a year round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, laundry facilities and during the summer months only an outdoor pool. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Enjoy a wide range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, cycle studio, racquetball courts, basketball court, and a variety of wellness and fitness classes. The rental was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was recently updated. The only complaint I have is that the couches were saggy, and not very comfortable.

Often times, these rentals are creepy to stay in. This unit was exceptionally sparkly. Clean towels, sheets, showers, you get the point. Don’t hesitate to rent unit 110.
