Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This three-bedroom, two-bath property features gondola views and a lovely outside bench on the balcony above the trees. The unit is set up to be family friendly, and offers a spacious two story layout. On the upper level is the open plan living room with cozy propane fireplace, and large sectional couch and dining area for six. Enjoy the bonus den area off the kitchen where you can sit and read or book or sip on your morning coffee, or the kids can take over. This den features a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is a full bath on the upper level with walk-in shower. All three bedrooms are on the lower floor, the primary featuring a King bed with private en-suite vanity. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, and the other last bedroom with two Twins and games for the kids. The third full bathroom with tub/shower combo is accessed from the hall. You can enjoy the upper private patio and take in the forest setting. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. The unit is in close proximity to all of Mammoth Estates amenities, including outdoor pool and BBQ grill (Summer only), outdoor year-round hot tub and recreation room with a pool table, ping pong, coin operated laundry facilities. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. We stayed inn unit #122 at Mammoth Estates. Overal the stay was great. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults. The location is great and walking distance from the Village. We did not have to drive at all during our stay, which is great - just walk to the Gondola at the village and go skiing from there. Overall the unit was clean and comfortable.

The four of us loved the condo. The pictures and rustic decor was great. The beds were comfortable, except my son complained the mattress was lumpy ( 1st bedroom on right.) We really enjoyed this condo,

#122 is a two-story townhouse. It's located in the middle of the complex, and can be hard to find the front door (do a search for a Mammoth Estates map). The place is spacious with 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds; however, the pullout sofa is in bad shape for sleeping. There is only one TV to share in the living room. Dining table seats 6, plus 3 barstools. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, including toaster, blender, and Keurig pot+pod coffeemaker. Be cautious that the latches to the shower/toilet doors in the downstairs jack-and-jill bathroom don't catch and can be pushed open at any time. Although the overall feel was a little dated, it was comfortable for our family of 5 adults.
