Mammoth Estates 204 Large Mountain Condo with Updates, Cozy and Clean, Walk to The Village
Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This three-bedroom, two-bath property is three levels hidden in the treetops. End unit, granite counters, travertine bathrooms, and the propane fireplace has a lovely seating area. The primary bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen and a twin bed, and TV. With the third and final bedroom featuring bunk beds with Queen on bottom, Twin on top and additional Twin trundle. There is a full bathroom upstairs with shower, and full bathroom on the lower level with tub/shower combo. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. The fireplace wasn't working and didn't work even after following the instructions. Other than that, it is an amazing place to stay at!

Even though the property was covered in snow to the roof and there was only a small path to the doorway, our experience was wonderful. The inside of the unit was perfect for a week get away. It is nicely decorated and very warm and cozy. We would recommend this property to friends.

Place is great. Perfect for two small families (4 adults, 2 kids). Location is perfect, kitchen is great, and the place has a nice, cozy feeling. only downside is the check in time was not until 5 pm. Every other rental we've ever done has a 3 pm check-in. That's hard with little kids since its pushing dinner and bedtime plus in winter its dark at 5. They did let us check in an hour early which was great, but required several phone calls.
