This spacious townhome offers 2 bedroom plus loft, 3 bathrooms and is tucked away in a quiet complex centrally located in town near the Vons shopping center, with a shuttle stop at the entry and sleeps up to 8 people. Over 3 levels you can all spread out and have your own space or come together in the family room with vaulted ceilings and large windows, and you can bring Fido along too as this home allows pets. Enjoy a full upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone counters, and everything you need to prepare family meals. The large dining table with seating for 6 can accommodate those special family gathering moments, and the cozy living room offers plenty of seating in the large sectional. A pellet stove provides a warm ambience, and a large 72" flatscreen Smart TV ensures you can all enjoy a movie or catch the game. Complete with DVD Player, DVDs and Games, this home is perfect for a family getaway. There is a private deck on this level with forest setting views, and a private BBQ grill. On the lower level the first guest bedroom features a King bed with TV, and en-suite private full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom also features a King bed, TV with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the middle level there is a shared third full bath with shower. On the third level is the open loft which is perfect for the kids to have a separate space, large flatscreen smart TV and offers a Queen bed, and a set of bunks with Twin over Double. This unit has free WiFi and offers a private stacked washer dryer so you have all the conveniences of home. The complex has outdoor parking for two cars, year-round outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and a pool during the summer months. This unit is pet-friendly and allows a max of two dogs. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
