Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features a fully equipped updated kitchen and bathrooms—views of the Gondola. TV's in all bedrooms and living room. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and pets are permitted. Perfect place for two families with kids, with a 3rd bedroom featuring 2 sets of bunk beds and 4th bedroom twin beds. The Mammoth Estates community offers excellent amenities with year-round covered hot tub, an outdoor pool (Summer only), and a recreation room that will entertain the kids for days featuring pool table, ping pong table, games and more. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. We love the location and the layout. It is a short walk to the Village gondola which is extremely convenient.
This unit was a bit cold downstairs, with the electric heaters not working very well.
The hot tub also did not heat up one day and we had to make two calls to get it addressed. The rental people sent us to the management company...

Mammoth Estates number 120 was a very good choice for Spring skiing at Mammoth. The location is very close to the village, which was nice for visiting the stores and bars. Parking was adequate and the hot tub was very welcome at the end of the day.
