Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features granite countertops, slate floors, and remodeled bathrooms. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, with two queen beds, two sets of twin bunk beds and two twin beds. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Overall, the property was very spacious for my group of 10. Check in was easy and parking was easy to access. The property was a bit creaky and hard to sleep. If you are a light sleeper because you can hear every little movement. Management communication was not great because the Wi-Fi password they gave us was incorrect and no one was answering the customer service number or our messages. Overall, for the space and price, the property was good, but nothing was outstanding.

This rental was perfect for our big group. It was clean, spacious, well stocked. Each room had its own heating, which was great. The location is perfect. It's surrounded by forest, and close to downtown Mammoth as well as the lakes basin. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook and serve meals for a big group. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Property was clean and as described. Some furniture was worn but it is a ski area condo so that is to be expected. Could use a few more lights in family room but was great for ski vacation
