You can't pass up this great location and value! This cozy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California located within walking distance to the Gondola at The Village and near Canyon Lodge, is also on the free winter shuttle route (Blue Line). The townhome has a spacious layout and two story floorplan and comfortably sleeps 8. On the entry level there is a spacious mudroom entry way to store all of your gear, and two bedrooms and full bath. Bedroom one features a King bed with TV. Bedroom two features two sets of bunk beds, both with Double on the bottom and Twin on top, and flatscreen TV. The shared full bathroom is accessed from the hallway and features a tub/shower combo. On the upper level, the third bedroom features a Queen bed with TV and full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. On this level the open plan living room and dining room looks over an expansive deck complete with window seat so you can soak in the quiet forest setting. Cozy around the pellet stove or catch a movie on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and the dining space offers seating for 4 with additional bar stool seating at the kitchen. This unit comes with cable TV and complimentary WIFI. The Lakeview Villas complex offers a gas BBQ grill for use in the Summer months, outdoor hot tubs that are open year-round, Sauna and a recreation room with games, Fuseball and a pool table. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
