AC works great! Spacious! A really nice beach house. Only complaint would be how close the island is to the refrigerator. But that's just me being picky because I'm a builder. But we'd definitely recommend this place.

We normally have a family vacation every summer and we have family that will stay in nearby RV park so that is why we looked for a place in Emerald 1. I will most definitely keep this in my list for future rental it was very nice, well kept and close to the beach with abundant parking. The lift was a definite plus with us both being senior citizens it was very helpful getting this up the stairs without several trips.
