It's the kind of place where mornings start with coffee overlooking the water and evenings end with a Gulf breeze and another sunset.


Inside, the home has been thoughtfully appointed with a bright, open floor plan that makes it easy for everyone to gather without feeling crowded. Large windows bring the beach views indoors, while comfortable furnishings and coastal touches make the space feel welcoming instead of overdone.


The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas, so whoever is cooking never feels separated from the conversation. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a wine and beverage cooler, and plenty of prep space make everything from breakfast to seafood dinners easy.


With four bedrooms and four full bathrooms, everyone has room to spread out after a day at the beach. Two king suites offer added privacy for couples, while the additional bedrooms are designed with families and kids in mind. Sleeper Sofa is also available in the living area. Smart TVs in every bedroom mean everyone can wind down with their favorite show before calling it a night.


One of the best features of Easy Breezy is the outdoor living space. The upstairs decks give you a front-row seat to the Gulf, while downstairs you'll find an outdoor bar, picnic tables, porch swings, plenty of seating, an outdoor shower, and a fully fenced yard that's great for both kids and four-legged family members.


When you're ready to explore, you're just a short drive from Crystal Beach restaurants, shopping, and local favorites. Spend the day fishing, shell hunting, renting a golf cart, or make the trip across the Galveston Ferry for an afternoon at Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier, or the historic Strand District before returning to the quieter pace of Crystal Beach.
