This was our first rental with Cobb and it was a great experience! We had trouble finding a house that would take 3 dogs with our dates, and Cobb recommend this gem! The house was clean, had dishes and utensils, and plenty of sitting spaces (indoor and out). Even though the house isn't right on the water, we were able to watch the sunrise every morning! Only thing I would caution on are the sticker burrs - the really sharp ones.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for the family to gather both in the house and on the ground. I love the swings.
