This is the perfect house for 10 to 12 people. Great gathering space when the weather doesn't allow you to go outside. The frig needs to be replaced/repaired makes awful noise and freezer just keeps things frosty. This is the second time we've rented this house. 1st time for New Years and now for a birthday weekend. I would definitely recommend this location and house but would ask about the frig. Cobb was very easy to work with, we purchased linen package and everything was fresh and clean. Office staff very professional.

Nice clean property with good quality furnishings. All features were well maibtained with the minor exception of the latch on the deck gate. This was our first experience with paying for linen service and found that a bit lacking as we had to unpack them all and make our own beds.
