Everything was perfect regarding the layout and facilities. The linen addition was well worth it. The only thing I had a problem with was the cleanliness of the house. With the virus I expected a better result. There were crumbs on the counters and the floors weren't swept. The blind on the left side of the door fell off when I opened the door. Other than those few things we had a wonderful time and plan to rent again.

House was great. Had everything you needed and had many extra items that made this house a great vacation rental. Great view of the beach from the large back patio. We will be back next year!

This was our second visit to Lotz of View. It's a very comfortable house. The floor plan is designed perfectly. Two things that could be improved upon would be the deck furniture. The rusting screws in the chairs make them unstable. Having owned a house in Crystal Beach before I know firsthand the rust issue with screws. Furniture made with wooden dowels is much safer. Also, there needs to be more chairs for the deck. We had to bring our beach chairs upstairs. It would be nice to have WiFi in the house. If there would be a deal killer it would be this. Other than the deck furniture and WiFi issues there's nothing wrong with Lotz of View. No doubt we will book it in the future.
