This 4th floor unit is nicely upgraded and decorated. You are sure to enjoy both newly remodeled baths to include a walk-in master bath shower. The beach side master bedroom has brand new furnishings as well as a brand new mattress. The million dollar view from the gulf front balcony located just off of the living room is the perfect spot for enjoying spectacular sunsets. The kitchen has been upgraded with quartz counter tops and is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your favorite meals and features a nice dining area. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive.

This property was in good condition considering it had a new property owner. It could use a fresh coat of paint but we realize these things take time. There were quite a few children which made it hard to relax at times. Overall we liked the condo.

We had a great time. The unit was perfect for us. Loved that it was right on the beach. We cooked most of our meals but the unit didn't have oven mitts or hot pads. Other than that, everything was great.
