This 4th floor unit is nicely decorated and features a sofa sleeper in the living room and 2 reclining chairs. There are tile floors throughout as well a beach side master bedroom with a newly installed walk-in shower in the master bath. You will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing your favorite meals. The view is amazing from the gulf front balcony which is just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

I have stayed in this condo for the past 10 winters. I appreciated the fresh cost of paint, the new appliances, the kitchen stools, and the new dishesThe living room furniture is very comfortable, which is not often true of rental furniture. An upgrade on the mattress pad would be nice. The table continues to be very wobbly. We had many spills by gentle pumping of the table.

We have stayed in this condo for the past 7 years. We were happy with the addition of the couch and the two comfortable recliners. Every year we ask for a new kitchen table and chairs. the table is very unsteady and the chairs and the stools are also unsteady., My brother in law is a big man, not obese, very tall and big. He worried about sitting in the chairs, they might break.
there was some painting done of the woodwork that was greatly appreciated, but the prints and fake plants are so very outdated.
Love Orange Beach, Love Sunswept, would love to love the condo more.
