This is is a one of a kind penthouse at Sunswept. All of the bedrooms are beach side with the master having it's own gulf front balcony.
You will love this remodeled penthouse unit. There is a large spacious kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. You will enjoy the amazing view from the other gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.
House/Rental Policies:
• guests must check in at our office located at Sunswept Condominiums, Unit 103
• guests checking in just bring their ID
• minimum age of renter: 25
• non-smoking condo
• smoke odor removal fee: minimum $300+

We enjoyed our location and the convenience to everything. We were right on the beach no long waits for the evaluator. The condo itself had a few minor flaws that the sliding doors would hardly open and they did not lock--used stick of wood for security. The entry door didn't seal properly and let air and rain water flow in. The door to the upstairs roof would not seal and didn't feel secure and others had access to the area along with you and the staircase came up to the roof top
