About this apartment rental
This 6th floor unit is tile throughout and is nicely decorated featuring a sofa sleeper and reclining chair in the living room. Your are sure to enjoy the newly installed master bath walk in shower. There are flat screen TV's in the living room, beach side master bedroom as well as both guest bedrooms. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

We've stayed here before and was very pleased! Not so much this year. Condo was clean and comfortable BUT there was a musty odor the entire stay (4days) and high humidity in the condo even with the AC running and balcony door shut. I hated this...On the positive side, the condo is comfortable, well appointed and in good repair EXCEPT for the before mentioned exceptions!
