This 5th floor unit has been freshly painted and refurbished, has new luxury vinyl through out with a sofa sleeper and chairsin the living room. There are flat screen TV's in the living room, beach side master bedroom and both guest bedrooms. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

Great location on the beach with a nice pool! The condo could use some updates but overall satisfied. The only negative was the availability of hot water for showers, it was a problem.

Love this complex!! Room does need some inexpensive updating though. Living room rug needs replacing and king size mattress needs replacement
