This spacious Penthouse unit is newly renovated, nicely decorated, has two living areas and sleeps up to nine people. The unit features tile floors throughout and HDTV's in the living area and all of the bedrooms and is suitable for both family vacations and adult getaways. Prepare delicious food in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins play in the Gulf! The view is amazing from either of this unit’s Gulf-front balconies located off of the luxurious master bedroom and the living room. Tell the kids to bring their game devices; there is a gaming area with TV for video games. The only thing that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico is an amazing sugar-white beach that is seconds away! Walk out the front door, ride the elevator down, stroll past the pool, and you are on the beach! Low-density condo means easy parking, peace and quiet, no wait at the elevator, and no crowded beach. SunSwept also features one of the largest pools on the beach! This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find first class shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, championship golf courses, amusements & entertainment, and fishing are only a short drive away.

We have rented this unit for 12 years. We did not come last year because of Covid. This year we found a new refrigerator and dishwasher. We did not find a vacuum cleaner which would have been helpful. We had a different winter due to Covid and health issues with the office staff.

Overall, we were happy with the property. It was clean. Everything we used worked as expected. The beach views from the 8th floor are breathtaking. The spiral staircase is unique, but adds a challenge to getting suitcases upstairs. The overall location is very convenient. you can walk across the street to the grocery store. The only drawback is you can't turn left out of the property or in. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at Sunswept many times and the result is always the same perfect. This is one of the best places to stay on the beach. We are already working on next year plans.
