BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Parking Passes Must be Purchased After Booking-1st Spot Guaranteed-2nd Spot Subject to Availability at Time of Arrival. Link to Purchase is Sent After Booking ($50 each.)

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We appreciate the service from BeachBall, we love the location, and there were no housekeeping issues, but the property has several maintenance issues. After mentally noting several items, we started keeping a list. The front door doesn't seal, so it rattles and the wind blows through. The rocking chair in the master bedroom is broken. The toilet paper holder in the master bath is missing. The kitchen sink left drain leaks under the cabinet (we left a pot for it to drip into). The microwave interior is damaged and corroded. The dishwasher vent is moldy. The master bath shower door is corroded and moldy. There is no dustpan. The master bedroom ceiling fan in out of balance and bangs on the light fixture. The dryer is not well vented, so it takes way too long to dry a load of clothes. The front bedroom window blinds do not close completely, and the closing rod is missing. The sectional couch sections are disconnected. The entire property is looking more and more run down. We'll look for another property next time. We have changed rental companies to Beachball because in the past we have had wonderful properties. The Enclave will not be a property we will stay at again.

Positives:- location- spacious - TVs in all bedrooms- Ice maker- Give/use pool toy share closet - Loved large couch- PoolNegatives:- Condensation puddle on deck slippery- Leave WiFi and Beach gate codes in condo- Outdoor patio chairs not cleaned- Outside of front door is filthy - Could use updated appliances in kitchen- Recliner in couch broken- Bathroom outlet in bedroom to right of front door very loose.- Hair dryers need replacing, wires showing and/or do not work- Some walls show wear and could use paintingOverall, we enjoyed our stay.

Was a nice place and good location but needed some updates. Sectional couch was broken and curtain rod coming out of wall and couldn't use the lamp in the living room because there was no plug available. One plug in another wall not safe because when you tried to plug anything in the outlet pushed back into the wall . On a positive note it was a great location to grocery and pharmacy across the street and the ice machine there was an awesome surprise. Came in handy for our family of eleven. Kitchen was stocked well with appliances. Parking is rough but was made aware with plenty of time to plan ahead. It was a holiday week. Mattresses could use some updating but layout was great with the 5 kids we had with us. Would definitely consider staying here again next year.
