This 5th floor unit has tile floors throughout and features a sofa sleeper and reclining chair in the living room. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped for prepaing meals. You will enjoy the amazing view from the beach side master bedroom as well as the gulf front balcony just off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

It is a beautiful area, on the gulf condo complex. The unit itself needs updating. The clothes dryer wasn't functioning properly. The dishwasher was temperamental when trying to start it. The bathtubs did not drain properly, we were always standing in 3 inches of water. The sheets and towels were very thin. The balcony view is awesome, with views of Dauphins passing by. The state park was close by and has 10 miles of paved trails for walking and biking. Eagles were seen nesting along the trails.

Very enjoyable experience. Rooms were clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Easily accessible and close to all of the things we wanted to do. The pool and beach area was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend staying here, and we plan on returning again in the future.

This unit'sdecor was a little dated but perfectly comfortable. The property was very conveniently located and the pool and beach were excellent. The beachfront at this location was not overpopulated since this is one of the smaller condominiums.
