Sunswept 302 is an inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that is located on the sugar-
white sands of Orange Beach. This third-floor oasis offers space for sleeping 6 guests
with two bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king size bed and a guest room with a
queen size bed. Both bedrooms will provide a very relaxed space to unwind at the end
of a fun filled day in the sun. Additional sleeping space is available on the pull-out sofa
bed in the living room.
Speaking of the living room, here you will find a cozy space for family time or much
needed quiet time. Step out of the living room onto a private balcony that overlooks the
beautiful sparkling waters of the Gulf. Imagine drinking that first morning cup of coffee or
tea from the balcony while enjoying the sounds of the beach waking to a new day. And
then in the evening, you can sit and relax to the gentle sounds of the waves lapping the
shore.
You will also find at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to easily
prepare everything from breakfast to dinner. If you want a break from cooking, delicious
choices for dining are a short distance away at the Warf. Not only will you enjoy the
dining options which include fresh, local seafood, but you can do a little shopping as
well.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking
vacation rental and no pets are permitted. 1 parking pass is permitted for 1
bedroom vacation rentals, 2+ bedroom vacation rentals are allowed 2 passes.
Check-in time is 4pm and checkout time is 10am

We had a wonderful time at this location! The condo was clean and exactly what we expected based on the description. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the beach is just steps away from the condo. Local restaurants and shopping are within minutes. Walmart and Publix are right across the street. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

The room needed some minor updating & the floor was dirty but everything else was wonderful. Love the pool & everyone was so nice.

This was the second year we stayed in this condo. No updates had been made and I feel the condo could use a little TLC. We had a good time but condo could have been a little nicer.
