Ready to run away from reality for a while? Sunswept 107, a fantasy getaway on the ground
floor provides for 6 guests. With easy access to the pool and beach from a private, gated patio
you can enjoy the sugar white sand all day long. Get your toes in the sand! Consider taking a
dolphin cruise or visiting the Gulf State Park Nature Center while ya’ll are here.
A fully equipped kitchen with space to eat in will give you ample opportunity to prepare meals
with ease. Food shopping is a breeze with nearby food stores. If you want to take a break from
the kitchen, the possibilities are endless for dining out. From sophisticated dining to Burgers and
Barbecue you will have no problem satisfying your appetite. And of course, fresh Gulf Seafood
is abundant!
After you have played in the water and sun, eaten your fill of delicious food, you will be able to
get some down time in the spacious family room. Then you will be ready to relax in the master
bedroom that has a king size bed along with a master bath with a walk in shower. There are twin
beds in the guest room and more room to snooze on the pull-out sofa. The second bath
provides a tub/shower combination.
The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking vacation
rental and no pets are permitted. 1 parking pass is permitted for 1 bedroom vacation
rentals, 2+ bedroom vacation rentals are allowed 2 passes. Check-in time is 4pm and
checkout time is 10am

Its nice we enjoy the ground condos, the grass for kids to be able to play, the beach access, the pool when the kids don't want to do the beach.

Overall we had a good experience until our second night when our condo unit, as well as all of the other first floor units, flooded. None of our stuff was damaged but I can't say the same for the owners' stuff. Sherry was able to find us a different unit that night so we evacuated and moved to the second floor. Obviously we didn't like this and thankfully we were in our condo watching basketball when it happened. Sherry also gave us a significant refund due to the issues we had. Overall the condo building is good. The pool is great and the beach is awesome!

Our stay at Sunswept 107 was great! The condo is ground floor which was amazing with our kids. It's a short walk to the beach and the pool is right in front of the condo. The condo is located across the street from souvenir shops, grocery stores and ice cream. Easy walk! We'd definitely stay again!
This complex is very small and didn't feel crowded at all. I think Sunswept 107 is more updated than some of the others.

Love The Sunswept I have been staying there since 1994 Very peaceful quiet relaxing place to stay !!!very covenant to Grocery stores Restaurants!!Just all around Great place!I really Hated to Hear Rachel Left & moved away She was The BEST !!!Most Kind , informative,Caring But Definitely Professional �� ��
