Sugar Top condominiums are known far and wide for their incredible views, great amenities and the iconic building itself. Perched on top of the mountain, this unique property features gated security, a parking shuttle, an heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, whirlpool, steam sauna and fitness room. The master bedroom in this 9th floor unit has a queen sized bed, as does the second bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa rounding out the sleeping arrangements for up to 6. There is a full size washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil.
The units only have a 38 gallon water heater , due to space limitations.
This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .

The beautiful interior combining with a breathtaking outer view from the 9th floor was the greatest experience we had during the stay in the condo. They had a great shuttle service which made it really secure and painless experience in and out of the condo. All the staff were very nice too.

We were thankful that we found a place to stay in such sort notice but we all agreed we wouldn't want to stay in this condo more than 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable so we were happy about sleeping well. Lots of updates are REALLY needed. The carpet is very stained and there is mold on the inside of the wall and carpet by the sliding glass door. This is the first time I've rented a place that at least didn't have 1 extra roll of toilet paper (the ones that were there were almost gone). I did bring 1 extra roll but didn't think we'd run out in both bathrooms. And there wasn't even 1 paper towel roll. They only provided sheets for the pullout mattress so our kids slept with only a sheet. We didn't know there wasn't going to be a comforter available.

The rental was exactly what I expected for the price. I would recommend better towels and maybe an extra couple of rolls of TP or paper towels and more than one extra trash bag. In the morning during high demand shower time my wife had to take a cold shower. Overall, the place could have been cleaner due to long black hair in both bathrooms and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. I would stay there again, but I would bring my own bath towels and necessities.
