The top bunk is rated for no more than 70 pounds.
During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

This was great and perfect for what we needed. We have stayed at Sugartop Resort before and really like it. To Whom it may concern, however, the bath drains in this unit are clogged apparently, as they both drained extremely slow.

Only 2 weeks after the big storm and this building was immaculate and fully operational. Spectacular corner unit with amazing views! The pool, hot tubs, sauna and fitness and changing rooms were to die for (and has great views as well). Vacasa was amazing, the building staff was amazing, kitchen and furniture well-appointed, and the whole experience was top notch!

This was a cute and comfortable place to stay. All the staff from the security guard to front desk staff were very friendly. We had a nice vacation

There is no W/D in the unit, just on the floor. They did not have enough shower towels or pool towels for all the guests in my party. Lots of the kitchen tools seemed old and rusted. The bunk bed in the second bedroom was very wobbly and seemed very cheaply made.
Aside from the unit, Sugar Mountain was great. I will choose another unit and will not go through vacasa for our next trip.
