Prepare to unwind and enjoy an exceptional stay in this modern, fully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath condo. Situated on the seventh floor of the ten-story Sugar Top building, the unit offers breathtaking views of the Sugar Mountain ski slopes and the surrounding mountain landscape.
The owners have meticulously renovated this condo, ensuring it is a place you will want to return to time and again. The open-concept living area and kitchen with exposed beams features hardwood floors throughout, with televisions in every room complemented by Dyson fans. The fully equipped kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra accommodation. For your convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are located in the entry closet, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Guests have access to the amenities on the main floor, including a spacious heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and weight room.
Please note: Absolutely no smoking and no pets are permitted on the premises.
A parking shuttle is operated by Sugar Top; however, RRR has no control over parking and shuttle services. During the winter months, on weekends and holidays, a Sugar Bear bus stop is available at the gatehouse, providing transportation to and from the slopes.
Check-ins are not permitted on Christmas Day, and all guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed time on the porch looking at the incredible view. The bed was very comfortable, and all of the necessities and more were included.
