The property was in a great location, had an indoor heated pool and hot tub for the kids, and had access to the free shuttles to sugar top mountain. All of the staff was amazing!
Parking was a little wonky, you have to park in a lower lot and then take a shuttle to the condo building and/ or take a shuttle down to your car from the building. They were quick and ensured that it was a fast process though.

The location was awesome—close to the ski resort, and the views were fantastic! It was a 5 minute drive. There were also shuttles available to and from Sugar Mountain.
The place itself was dated with a ‘90s feel, but it was clean and comfortable. All the appliances worked just fine, and the blankets were warm, which was great because it did get pretty chilly inside (see what I didn't like below).
The complex had a hot tub and pool, which was a nice bonus, though we wished they had extra towels for them. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
The biggest issue was the lack of heat—even when set to 70, the temperature never got above 60, and there was no actual on/off switch, just a temperature slider. This was especially frustrating given that nighttime temps dropped as low as 13 degrees.
Parking was another major hassle. Our booking stated we had 2 spots near the building, for 2 cars (we had 1) but the lot attendants insisted we park in a remote lot and take a shuttle. Since we were leaving at 4:30 AM with two young kids, that wasn’t a realistic option.
There were several smaller but annoying issues as well:
The balcony slider was broken, so we couldn’t properly use it.
The showers didn’t drain well, and one toilet barely flushed.
We only had one towel per person with no extras, not even for the hot tub or pool.
The kitchen was oddly stocked—only one glass of each type (wine, rocks, beer, and shot glass).
The Wi-Fi required signing in every single time we used a device, which got frustrating fast.
The TV setup was confusing—there were multiple remotes and devices, but no instructions to figure out what worked.
When it was windy, there were loud noises coming from the fireplace all night, and due to the wind, the fireplace was pretty much unusable.
