About this apartment rental
This is a newly renovated and re-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Sugartop Resort, about 20 minutes from Boone and right next to Grandfather Mountain State Park, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Banner Elk, NC and Beech Mountain Ski Resort.
This is a wonderful condo, sleeping 6 and will give you a home away from home for short or long trips to the mountains.
Enjoy SugarTop Resort’s pool, hot tubs, gym, sauna and steam room. There is nothing like these condos in the area.
This is a newly renovated and re-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Sugartop Resort, about 20 minutes from Boone and right next to Grandfather Mountain State Park, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Banner Elk, NC and Beech Mountain Ski Resort.
The master bedroom has a King bed, and a full en-suite bathroom. There is a smart TV in this bedroom.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and is next to the second full bathroom. This bathroom has a combined shower/tub.
There is a fully stocked kitchen so you can cook while you stay instead of eating out. All dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.
There is a large dining room table that seats 6.
The Livingroom has a Smart TV and plenty of seating and space. In the tv stand there is a queen sized blow up mattress and sheets provided in case extra sleeping space is needed.
The balcony off the livingroom will give you access to breathtaking views of the blue ridge mountains, the ski resorts, Banner Elk, and the sunsets each evening.
There is tons to do at the resort itself. This is a beautiful pool, 2 hot tubs, a gym, sauna and steam room. This is on the Citadel side of SugarTop, you have access to a beautiful Library that overlooks Grandfather Mountain.
You can drop your luggage off at the front office and check in on arrival. Then you will drop your car off at one of the lower lot and take a shuttle back up that runs every few minutes.
There is tons of hiking to do in the area, driving the Blue Ridge Parkway and seeing the lookout spots, the Alpine Roller Coaster is minutes away, there are many restaurants and a grocery store within a 5 minute drive as well.

A NOTE ON PARKING
This is a gated resort community
There is a shuttle for parking.
There is a top parking lot for owners and long term renters.
Sometimes, often, during the week guests are allowed to park up top too, and please do not count on this.
PLAN FOR A PARKING SHUTTLE after you unload at the lobby.
The shuttle is very instantaneous, should only add a 3 minutes hassle, AND makes it so you don’t have to drive up the steepest iciest road every time you go in and out.

It had beautiful view. It was quite and relaxing. The place it's self was very nice and clean. Only down side is couldn't park to where i could see my truck. However, the shotel people where super friendly. I would stay here again in a heart bet.

This was the nicest property I have ever stayed in at Sugartop Resort. The upgrades are tastefully done and the view is amazing. Our family had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of linens and towels and a nice air bed to boot! Hope we have the opportunity to stay here again someday.☺️

This was a great place to stay in! All the appliances worked really well, there were plenty of sheets, towels, and blankets. The view from the balcony was extremely pretty of the mountain and we were able to walk straight to the slopes! We really enjoyed our stay!!

When we arrived at the property we had no idea what the unit number was even though it was in the address, because the info was not clear. The apartment was not clean when we checked in at 1600. The owner did rectify that very quickly.
