Frühstück Top ! Man bekommt alles, was das Herz frühmorgens begehrt, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, ein super Service, hier fühlt man sich auf Anhieb sehr wohl ! ! Obwohl wir früher angekommen waren, wurde für den privaten Parkplatz umgehend die Registrierung erledigt, sodass wir bis zum einchecken ohne Stress durch Riomaggiore gebummelt sind. Ebenso durften wir bereits um 14:00 einchecken, Die Lage ausgezeichnet, wunderschön, den Sonnenuntergang im Jacuzzi mit einem guten Glas Wein zu genießen :-)

We loved everything about The Sunset Line - View was breathtaking - Staff was amazingly friendly and sweet - Room felt so relaxing and comforting after our long trips in Florence & Rome in the days before - The town is adorable

We did have one single bad experience with the train, but that was out of our control. However, when we were having train troubles I texted with the staff and they were extremely helpful with their guidance.

Sheer beauty, peace , calm and quality! Loved it!

It was very well thought through. High quality accessories. Dyson hairdryer. Great mini bar drinks included in the cost and replenished every day for free. The shower is large and enjoyable. We had the garden room with the second largest terrace area. The terrace had two sun loungers, a small table, parasol and two person hot tub. The view couldn’t be better and the location is very peaceful. A 7 minute walk to the main town area and shops. Fuori Rotta is the best restaurant experience we had there and it’s a 5 min walk from the Sunset Line. The staff and owner were very friendly, considerate and caring. They made everything very smooth and assisted informally by WhatsApp with requests such as restaurant reservations or breakfast orders etc… I would highly recommend this place and after walking through most of Riomaggiore it’s clearly in the top 5 places to stay!! Make sure you treat yourself to the hot tub terrace! However, rest assured all of the terrace options look at the same jaw dropping view of the sea, hills and sunset!! Perfect for couples! Enjoy!!

Only one suggestion. We went at peak season so the temperature was 36 degrees most days. The room has ample air conditioning, however, the metal steps down to the terrace reached boiling point and we burnt our feet multiple times going up and down to the room for things. Obviously we wore shoes after being caught out too many times but maybe rubber mats cut to fit the steps would help for grip and resist some heat. It was small as the place is perfect!

The property is stunning. The location is fabulous and the addition of a large terrace and hot tub was superb! We also received pre-dinner drinks and nibbles from the owners which was a lovely and unexpected treat.

Lots of steps and a climb to get to the property, but it is definitely worth it.

Beautiful views in the Cinque Terre

We absolutely loved our time at The Sunset Line. From the moment we arrived till the day we left, it was a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The welcome prosecco and snacks are much appreciated. The really reason to stay here is the view. The sunset was amazing and sitting in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing, is perfect. The location is a bit of a hike, but what do you expect if you want those views. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if ever in the Cinque Terre.

Cozy, coastal getaway with stunning ocean views and friendly staff.

The staff really made a lot of effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They had taken note that it was our honeymoon and had designed the room was some romantic features and a welcome Aperitivo. It was a very sweet touch. The room had a stunning view of the ocean, from high up on the cliff. It is build into the hill, which gives it a cozy feel, like a sanctuary to which you can retire. The train is a short walk down the hill, from which you can reach all towns and beaches of Cinque Terre.

Fabulous idyllic retreat

The sunset line is a fabulous place to stay it is slightly up hill so be prepared for that. The staff are so polite and friendly breakfast is an extra cost but so worth it variety and amount sets you up for the day Beautiful views from the terrace simply stunning

Excellent location with modern design that seems almost new. The staff was extremely responsive. Loved the welcome snacks and free mini bar. The view from the deck and hot tub was amazing.

The stairs to reach the property. The second town elevator was down so you need to be fit to get your bags to the location.

Frühstück wird nicht wie gewohnt, sondern in einem Korb voller Köstlichkeiten angeboten. Aussicht atemberaubend und definitiv eine lohnende Investition bei einem Besuch der Cinque Terre. Parkmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Unterkunft. In die Stadt oder zum Bahnhof ist es ein Stück des Weges, jedoch ist die grandiose Lage das bisschen Mühe immer wert.

Our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking view, truly one of the most stunning we’ve experienced in all of Cinque Terre. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully appointed with every detail carefully considered for comfort and style. We especially appreciated how peaceful the location was: away from the crowds, yet still easily accessible to everything we wanted to explore. A special mention must go to our host, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home and added a personal touch that made all the difference.

Five star property in quaint Riomaggiore.

The service was excellent. A/C worked perfectly. Parking and coordination with the ZTL by the hotel staff was perfect because we drove a rental car and did not want to take the train. Comfortable beds. Great communication. Quick 25 minutes walk to manorola on the Valle d’amore. I would stay here 100X again.

Perfect cozy home in Cinque Terre

Loved this remodelledhome. Loved having a half bath downstairs and the hot tub for a long day after all that walking! Hosts were fantastic and refilled waters everyday and even had delish wine and snacks for when we arrived. It is remote and away from the crowds.

The stairs weren't too bad but highly recommend taking a taxi if you have luggage.
