The location (quiet suburb), the view (wheat field overlooking the st-lawrence river and île d’Orléans). Few kms away from the Montmorency falls and île Orléans bridge. The hosts are friendly and courteous. They cook personally complete breakfast: eggs, waffles, etc in the guests common kitchen that has fridge,stove,dishwasher. They cook breakfast and you can cook your lunch or dinner and take it outside on a large terrace. Enough parking including an EV level 2 charger.

Everything! It felt cozy and homey. The house is spacious, with big windows, and has a large balcony/patio facing the river, with stunning views. Alex and Elena are great hosts.

The view from the patio, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was good. It’s an easy walk to the spectacular waterfalls nearby.
