    Amazing facilities and location to all major attaractions, many food joints just outside the hotel. Nice river view from windows. Very clean place. Just the loud noise from AC was disturbing all night. Not recommended for light sleepers as its the same in all rooms. Overall 8/10.

    We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a room for the night of July 6th to July 7th. Due to travel delays, we arrived late at 4:30 AM on July 7th. Even though we were well within our paid booking window, the staff refused to check us in.When we asked to see the policy stating that late check-ins are forbidden, management could not provide one. Nothing on our booking confirmation mentioned a curfew or a cutoff time for arrival. They left us stranded in the early morning. Avoid this hotel if you want reliable service or basic professionalism.

    Honestly, after booking we saw a lot of people who've reviewed the place as not that great. We found it pretty good for the price we paid for it. Decent stay, great staff and even better location (if you have a vehicle). Overall, very happy.

    It was hottest day and the air condition broke. The staff couldn't fix it. It was very hard to manage with kids, the temperature inside the room was 26+ degree Celsius.
