    Well situated along bus routes to explore Old Quebec and out to Montmorency falls. Hotel will give you a free 72 hour buspass.

    The only person or staff we can give thumbs up with awesome service and very helpful is the front desk lady name is Roxy. She is an asset to your hotel. I wish more people like her in this kind of business to let the customers feel at home and seen and respected. The hotel need improvement on the bed corners as we have all bruises everytime we passed on the bed, in addition to that the bed in room 419 is not so comfy due to squeaky sound everytime we moved. Shower room sliding door need to fixed immediately for next customer. Add more microwave too for no longer wait of turns heating up foods. Wifi failed sometimes i believe it depend on how many users specially at night time. That’s all I can share but still thankful for the place we spent in as family. Overall I still recommend this hotel. God bless your business and may u have more good quality good service personnel in the future.

    I booked 3 rooms and called them immediately when I got the confirmation to make the rooms close to each other. They said that they will do it, but on the day of our check-in, they separate 1 of the room in 3rd floor (2 rooms are in 2nd) I told them that I made a call right-away upon booking. They said that the hotel is full house and they couldn't do anything about it. =( The pool is a bit outdated and can be really dark in the evening. Nevertheless, it was a lovely & fun stay in the area.

    The washroom was not very clean, there was no hand soap, the door was falling apart, and the floor was damaged. The coffee machine was missing its pot, and the non-smoking room had a noticeable odor. We stayed for 2 nights and did not receive any room service. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay at the hotel.
