It's close to the sea for morning and evening swims, but the nicer beaches are also close enough with car. The apartment is new and clean, AC is good and the terrace is amazing.

The sound-proofing is not really good, just someone walking around was pretty loud. Also no hot water in the morning at all.

the location is excellent, close to one of the city's beaches, relatively close to the city center, cleanliness, very kind staff! although we did not meet the owners in person, we kept in touch through messages, very attentive to our needs! I recommend the location!

A washing machine would have been very useful, taking into account that families with children stay there, it is quite difficult to clean clothes!

Excellent price-quality ratio

Very nice and tidy, well-equipped studio on a great location. It has a nice yard, enough parking space in front of the yard. The owner is very kind, responds to all messages quickly. The most beautiful beach (by my opinion) for families with children is only 150 meters from the studio. The city center can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Great, we would love to go again

Great location 2 minutes from the beach, on a quiet street with parking. The facade is oriented to the west and in the morning the sun does not shine on the apartment. Spacious terrace with a table for four. New kitchen unit equipment, modern bathroom. Fast and stable internet connection. Kind and responsive hosts. There is an bakery within walking distance 2 minutes and the center of Stavros is about a 7-10 minute walk.

The only recommendation is to place the awning on the terrace, to provide shade in the later hours when the sun shines there.

A very beautiful and quiet vacation in a very nice place!

A quiet place, with great rooms, cleanliness and everything you need for a quiet vacation. The beach is very close, and so are the shops and taverns. Also we enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from the terrace. Spacious room equipped with everything you need. Exemplary cleaning. The owners are very helpful and will help with any problems that may arise. You can park your car in front of the villa, or on the side. The view from the garden is wonderful, the terrace is spacious, and it is a quiet area suitable for those who want to rest. There are several supermarkets 6 minutes by car, but you can always go to town (5 minutes walk) to buy everything you need if you don't want to use the car. Highly recommended!

We had a good stay at all.

The property is new and well maintained. The location if perfect-close to the beach but in quiet place. There is a save box in the room. Our host Katerina is very kind person and we hade special attention from the begginig.

We were 3 person's(2 adults,1 kid-12yo) .This type of room was very small for us.There is a tiny kitchen.The bathroom is very small and a big sized person wont be able to take a shower. We could hear the noises from the other rooms and it was incomfortable. The main bed is quite small too even we are not oversized people.
