Very nice

Kosta and his mother are great hosts, very kind and attentive. The apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. You can see that the apartments were made with great care and investment; the furniture and things are of a very good quality. There is a great shade for the morning sun and you can sit outside at any period of the day. The apartment is cleaned every day and towels are changed every three days. There is a space for drying wet things in the back space of the apartment. The bathroom is very nice and modern. The parking is on the street and seems to be ok. If you are lucky you can park your car right in front of your apartment :) The sandy beach is three minutes away and there are beach bars with beach beds and umbrellas you can use if you order a drink or something. This place is good for families with small children, there are a lot of things for them both on the beach and in the town. It is a twenty-minute walk to Nea Vrasna. In the town of Stavros there are a lot of shops, bars and restaurants and amusement parks for children.

The apartment is really nice but it would be good if there was a bit more space for things downstairs. There is a metal rack but it is very unsuitable for putting things as there are no shelves, just metal bars. I would suggest providing at least a small cabinet or a box of shelves. We didn't prepare food, but it would be difficult for those who want to cook something as there isn't a counter space for preparing food and there is just one big pot and no frying pan. I suppose that the owners would provide some if you asked them as they are very nice.

Only one thing which is not connected with facility, it's connected with stavros city, to many wild dogs they go in groups and attack people from time to time they go in groups of 15 dogs I saw once they start to be agressive on one little child on the beach.

Wonderful holiday

Nice and clean place with everything you need. Great location, close to the beach, to the center, and in the same time very quiet. The host are very friendly! We will visit again!

Best value for the money

Very clean and quiet. The couch that was a bit uncomfortable for 2 people was replaced with two tween beds without us asking for it. Everyting looks new. The owner is truly very friendly and ready to help. We had a problem with the car and he went personally with my husband to the car service. The sea water was clean and warm. The sun beds are free as long as you order anything from the beach bar. The music was lovely and not too loud. In the evening you can walk to the center of Stavros and have dinner and there is a little amusement park for the kids.

The beach nearby was sandy but when entering in the sea there were lots of stones for a few meters. Anyway there are many beautiful beaches you can choose from that don't have this problem (we loved Belles Beach - 5 min by car, Bab ylon Beach - 15 min by car).

Настаняването беше отлично – мезонетът беше просторен, добре поддържан и напълно оборудвана с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Домакините бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви, готови да помогнат във всеки момент. Локацията е перфектна – близо до плажа, ресторанти и магазини, но същевременно достатъчно тиха, за да се наслади човек на истинска почивка.Леглата много удобни и изключително чисто. С удоволствие бих се върнал отново и горещо препоръчвам това място на всеки, който търси релакс и качествено обслужване в Ставрос!
