Die Wohnung ist schön, modern eingerichtet, die Terasse ist sehr schön. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das Bett sehr bequem. Fußläufig zum HBF und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Nachtclub, der an Wochenenden bis 03:00 extrem laut Musik spielt. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kaum Schlaf möglich in dieser Zeit. Die Kundschaft des Clubs steht vor dem Haus zum Rauchen, weshalb das Fenster auch nicht geöffnet werden konnte.

- sehr netter Kontakt, hat Fragen prompt beantwortet - Schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung - zentrumsnah in Bahnhofsnähe (wir haben alle Unternehmungen zu Fuß gemacht) - Parkhaus direkt vor der Tür
- die Wohnung roch nach kaltem Rauch - Schimmel im Badezimmer - Drogenhandel, Sexkino und laute Bässe in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft (uns störte es nicht besonders, aber bitte nicht mit Kindern in dieser Gegend buchen) - das Wohnzimmer ist sehr dunkel

Zentrale Lage, ca. 500m zum Hauptbahnhof, 100m zum EDEKA. Große Räume, Küchenutensilien ausreichend vorhanden.
Die Wohnungstür liegt direkt am Bürgersteig/Fahradweg/Strasse/Strassenbahn. Vom Eingang führt eine Treppe direkt runter in den Ess- und Wohnbereich. Dieser Bereich (Tiefparterre) ist angenehm groß aber dunkel (wenig Tageslicht). Schlafzimmer, Küche, WC und Innenhof sind auf Erdgeschosshöhe, groß und hell.
