Loni's Place Apartments

The location is great… close to the train station and center. Be aware that when you open the main door you have to climb up stairs to then climb back down to the basement. The studio is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you will need. My issue with the studio was that the water was not hot it was only warm, and it took several hours for the heat to work because of the in floor heat system. There were no other ways to heat the place when I arrived. The shower was warm when I started and it turned cold quickly just when I started shampooing my hair.

The owner was not helpful when it came to resolving issues with the studio. When I asked her about the water not being hot, she said the hot water tank is very small. It seemed like it was more than that because I had barely started the shower when it got cold. When I pointed that out, she said, not very helpfully, that she never had this issue before. And sent an emoji 🤷‍♀️. That was the last time I heard from her. She did not make an attempt to rectify the issue. And ignored any further inquiries.

Excellent location and facilities in the kitchen. The landlord was always super responsive

The cutlery was not very clean. The shower was a little bit cold but the landlord told us it was because of the cleaning lady leaving it open for too long before we came. I think the cleaning can improve in the apartment

Location. Very well equipped, including washing machine, air con unit, and dishwasher. Excellent use of space and good storage. Easy communication with owner.

Hob display doesn't work, so it's difficult (but not impossible) to cook.

Apartment is very convenient for City Centre. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

A lot of light from street. Not good if you like a dark room for sleeping.
