Tricky to get up the metal steps with a massive suitcase

Literally around the corner from triple bridge and walking distance to the main attractions. Good check-in and check-out advice from Lan with after hours check-in available via key lock box. A/C looks to have been recently installed which was a pleasant surprise (listing did not include A/C as a feature). There were no unpleasant smells from the sewer - a silicone mat had been placed over the grate to keep the smell from entering the apartment and seems to have worked okay.

The room was a lot smaller than expected and only possible to stand up straight in a small section. Bed was on the floor which was difficult to get up and down from, also mattress a bit too soft for my liking. There was no information about wifi or washing machine available (info board had broken and still being repaired). I enquired about wifi and was promptly provided the details but didn’t realise there was a washing machine available until the last day. Apartment (well a room actually) is on the second floor which means carrying a suitcase up two flights of stairs. Overlooked a restaurant in the courtyard below with diners making loud conversation until after midnight, making it difficult to sleep.
