Spacious, beautifully decorated two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to stay when visiting the green capital of Europe – Ljubljana. Superb location right in the City Centre with only 5 min walking distance to the main bus/train station, attractions & car garage next door.
This comfortable two-bedroom apartment has just been newly reconstructed, finished in December 2019 and is a perfect getaway for up to 4 people, coloured in the shades of white and gray.
It is a part of a famous building, located on “Bavarski dvor“, right in the city centre of Ljubljana, with walking distance to all points of interest in Ljubljana.
The kitchen offers a fridge, a cooker, coffee machine, water heater, toaster, food blender and all other necessities. Coffee and tea are also provided along with some other basic kitchen ingredients.
We also provide fresh linen, towels, bathrobe, a hair dryer and shampoo. There is a fast wi-fi connection. Please note that due to technical problems, the TV reception will not work until approx. mid January 2020.
We have two apartments in this building, both next to each other.
The underground garage where you can safely park your car is just next to our building (parking not included in the price). The garage has a direct entrance to our building.

Stayed one night with our family of four; apt is compact but adequate. Could use a little updating, but works for in town stay near shopping. Good location in City Center with ten minute walk to bus, train or car rental. Responsive host.

clean, excellent messaging communication with host, shooing very conveniently same building around the corner, very near city center. a few things: shower very small with no door even though there is a drein right outside shower stall and squeegee. no extra paper towels, no hand- or fish towel for kitchen, no extra linens/towels, but might be available if messaging the host.

The location of the apartment was excellent - a five minute walk from the bus station and about a seven minute walk to Ljubliana old town. Lots of great places to eat close by too. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros: 10 min walk to center of Ljubljana and river walk. Spacious apt, but limited kitchen. Felt safe- 3 locked doors before getting in apt.
Cons: Felt a bit like university student housing complex- nothing special, but does the job. Owner not proactive- I had to call while locked outside the building when I arrived to ask how to get in, eventhough I contacted him the day before because I had not received any information about check-in or check out. Bring your own soap, dish soap, and toilet paper if staying for more than one night.parking not included. Some dishes broken and dirty
Overall, I’d say it was a good but not great place due to spaciousness of place and walkability.
