La struttura è centralissima, pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalle maggiori attrazioni. A pochi metri dalla casa c’è anche un negozio DM per gli articoli per la persona e un Mercator (supermercato). Abbiamo seguito le indicazioni per il parcheggio di Taja (fantastica!) e dopo aver parcheggiato non abbiamo più preso la macchina per visitare la città. La struttura è molto accogliente, piccolo soggiorno con angolo cottura che offre tutto il necessario e due camere di buone dimensioni, ciascuna dotata di proprio bagno, cosa ottimale se si viaggia in più persone (noi eravamo in quattro!).

Alla casa si accede da un ballatoio comune con gli altri appartamenti e sul ballatoio la parete è tutta a vetrate oscurate per la visuale dall’esterno. Le vetrate sono oltretutto protette da tendine tranne per una vetrata, per cui con la luce accesa di sera l’angolo cottura e il saloncino erano un po’ visibili dalle pochissime persone che passavano sul ballatoio.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt aufgeteilt, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man für einen Städtebesuch braucht. Die Lage war perfekt, man war in wenigen Gehminuten in der Altdtadt und Restaurants und Geschäfte gab es in der näheren Umgebung. Trotz zentraler Lage war die Wohnung ruhig.

Leider gab es keinen Parkpkatz für den PKW. Tiefgarage und Parken auf der Straße waren sehr teuer.

Lo cómodo que era, lo equipado que estaba.

Estaría bien tener unas persianas para poder descansar hasta más tarde por la mañana. Entra mucha luz bien temprano. Aún así, lo cómoda que era la cama lo compensaba.

* Communication with the host was very good (whatsapp), hand over of the keys at arrival was easy * Excellent location - walking distance both to the city center as well as Tivoli park * Grocery (Mercator) and DM drugstore just a block away * Great setup of the apartment - spacious kitchen/ living/dining room and 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathroom - that was very convenient and comfortable for 4 people. Note: one room has in-room shower cabin (glass enclosure) so it's better if this room is shared by partners ;) * Well equipped kitchen (incl. toaster, blender..). Some cookware were older but all we needed was functioning. * There was some oil, salt, toothpicks, teabags, coffee pods... (we brought our own stuff with us as that's often missing in rental apartments but it was a nice surprise that the host thinks of these little things) * Brand new Nespresso coffee machine :) * AC if there was a hot weather (not during our stay)

* No parking with the property and limited chance that you could find a street parking RIGHT next to it. But it wasn't a problem to find some in the nearby streets (1-2min walk) and the host also helped us suggesting the least pricey option. So in fact it was all good.
