A good place to stay for a few days.

The caravan was good easy to find and in a good location. Also the supply of tea coffee and milk made it easy to have a brew before unpacking.

More information on the equipment ie was unable to check what programmes were on the television and also unable to use the microwave as no information available. Also a table light in the bedroom would be an asset as in the night the area was very dark.

We had a lovely time at Vault 21,and a fantastic area to explore the sea front lovely.

Lovely van. Fantastic location. Very clean on arrival. Biscuits, crisp,milk, tea ,coffee sugar all provided for our arrival. Would definitely stay again. Wifi was fab also. Netflix on tv for when we was relaxing at night.

This was a place that exceeded my expectations in every way, having never been to this part of the country before I loved it. Everything about it. The caravan itself was in a perfect location, it really felt like a home from home, I had the best sleep I've ever had when on holiday. The caravan provided everything we needed and plenty of space outside for my children to play. It was a really lovely place. The food at the ski bar was absolutely stunning also We ventured to the local chip shop too and that was equally as gorgeous, providing a nostalgic taste of a "proper chippy"

I didn't like the fact that we didn't book to stay for the full weekend 😁 but that was my fault! We really didn't want to go home.

Great caravan!

The caravan was lovely and cosy. The fire was a great feature on the cold spring nights. Lovely big TV for relaxing on an evening. Loved the ensuite. Great living space.

Only a minor niggle but nowhere to sit out and nowhere to hang things to dry. Wouldn't put us off coming again though.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend or an adventure

The location was amazing nice views and a quiet site. The caravan was perfectly clean and they kindly left us milk, tea coffee and some snacks for our first night. Any queries we had they responded immediately and I managed to fracture my foot during our stay and they aloud us to leave after the check out time as I had to arrange for someone to collect us and my car. We’re hoping to come back in the summer with the family. I couldn’t fault anything

everything - excellent location in the marina village for the ski bar, promenade, beach and a great welcome package (milk, bread, tea etc.)! close enough to local shops for an enjoyable short walk. lovely and clean with good tv reception for the rainy days in.

minor points - no entrance area coat hooks or bathroom shelves … but not really a put off, just sharing for info!

Lovely caravan.

Lovely caravan and the extra items the owner supplies when you arrive, like milk, bread etc was a nice touch, especially if like us, you arrive later than intended.

The caravan door needs adjusting as it leaves a small gap when it is closed, but nothing serious. The other items we didn't like are items that the owner can't really control much, these are the road leading to the campsite needs some repair work and locating the caravan wasn't easy, but the owner was very helpful with this.

Everything. The location, cleanliness, comfort, complimentary groceries, help and communication from owner, central heating, free WiFi. Kind of ensuite bathroom

Nothing. If I was being picky, maybe missing: a pizza cutter, somewhere to hang coats just inside front door and a clothes rack to hang out of window to dry wet clothes, and a patch of damp/condensation in the double bed room. But totally managed without these. Totally exceeded our expectations

Easy access, clean area and was easy to contact the hosts about questions of things on the site and in the area. Central to the lake district, heating was perfect and lots of hot water for washing and showers too. Plenty of space for 6 adults and all our walking and swimming equipment. Would recommend to friends.

Owner very rude and should not be letting out

Location was lovely

Vacuum did not work, having to use dust pan/brush to attempt to clean a 3 bed caravan. Owner very rude. List of essentials left were not provided, butter etc, out of date bread. Huge gap in upper front door allowing awful breeze to constantly blow through.
