Fantastic Property!
Visiting family in Millom. Fantastic property, very warm centrally heated and also gas fire in living room. Everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The whole place was a home away from home. Although we did not have a car there is a great spot in a private parking area at the rear of the house. Communication with the owner was very good. I would highly recommend this place for visiting Millom, Haverigg and the beautiful surrounding areas. Thankyou for a splendid stay Ian&Steff 😊

I couldnt manage steps at back But managed the stairs with my walking stick Rather alot of diffuser pots around property ,they make me a bit wheezy Ok other than that !

Lovely accomodation for four adults over a long weekend
Very well presented house. Two lovely double bedrooms. Nice bathroom, fully kitted out kitchen, relaxing living room. Very clean, well decorated and tidy. Some nice touches with DVDs, good selection of books and local information. Good communications, information guide/ manual. Dedicated parking spot (for one car) worked well.
Access and egress to the property/ car park is via a narrow street of terraced houses with cars parked both sides. So a narrow approach - but fine if taken with care. On our visit the bathroom lock was loose and in need of replacement. But otherwise all fine and no issues.

The property was very clean and comfortable. There was wine chocolate and milk waiting for us on arrival. The little extras little washing up liquid and available cleaning products was excellent.
The steppes up to the entrance are a bit precarious.

Its the kind of place that I would not hesitate to return to.
The location of the property the comfort privided everything about the property and its contents ticked all the boxes for us. Not a gripe but perhaps an upgrade on the tv for the rainy days.
That we couldn't stay longer.
