Great location and beautiful caravan

Loved the location, the cosiness and decor of the house. The kitchen was provided with all the necessities.

Poor hygiene- found hair on pillows and duvet, towels provided had a weird smell to them.

Very clean, loads of utilities items to use. Wi-Fi was working good. The location was perfect. And the owner was lovely and very understanding. Would go again and stay here with the family.

Home from home

Beautiful place, clean and tidy on arrival, friendly neighbours Steve and Julie gave us some milk and teabags until we got to the shop. Weather was hit and miss, only one day of rain and staying in, sunny/cloudy most days, but we still went out in the car to surrounding areas. Plenty of places to visit and plenty of walks to keep the walking fans happy. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the ice-cream parlour...

Single beds were a bit small but soon got used to them. We let the 77 year old have the double bed for comfort... Could do with 2 frying pans,and some microwave dishes otherwise it was fine.

Utter disappointment. There is no value for money, very untidy, and poor maintenance of the property

The property maintenance was very poor. The manager was unaware that the property had not been cleaned for 10 days before the guests arrived, which reflects poor management of the property. The garden view didn't look like a garden on arrival. The grass was grown to knees length and looked very shabby. The linen had not been changed and had hair on the beds from previous guests. There were cobwebs and dead insects lying on the corners near the windows. Upon raising the issues, the cleaner was sent to clean, but apart from changing the bed covers and cleaning the corners with insects, nothing else was done. The carpet was still untidy, and no vacuuming was done. Very disappointed and definitely was not worth the money I paid for my holiday. Would never recommend the place to anyone.

Bad Place and Not a good choice for Tourist. Host is not interested even in giving proper bedding

ZERO Service and the Host was not around (was in some other country/time zone) and hence unavailable to take care and support in any manner. Main Door was not even locking.

Beautiful property which has been looked after really well. Any query regarding the property was answered very promptly by the landlord over the app. We had a great time. Looking at the previous reviews did help us prepare for the stay.

Great location to use as a base or just simply kick back and relax

Very well kitted out , very clean, very comfy... and loved the little detail of fresh milk in the fridge to be able to make a brew when we arrived.... above and beyond but oh so appreciated 😁👍

Perfect location. Weather dependent there’s a lot to do on the doorstep without travelling. Lovely beach within walking distance through the nature reserve, we were the only ones on it at first!

Lovely stay.

Lovely new caravan. Immaculately clean. Quiet situation on site. Enjoyed local nature reserve walks and around the lagoon. Lots of birds in trees at the caravan. The Ski Bar on site was nice with excellent service.

Watersports in site were not open during Easter, which was a shame.

It was a good location as a base for surrounding areas. The caravan was clean and had basic equipment for our stay. Brilliant to have 2 toilets in the caravan!

Herdwicks pub was busy and could not book a table and the ski bar looked grubby so had to go into the local village to pick food up to eat in the caravan. So these comments are base on the site not the caravan.

Superb

Amazing caravan with plenty of outside space with great garden furniture. Inside is super clean and cosy with everything you need. Hosts are super helpful and very responsive to communication. The site is lovely, we didnt have enough time to check all the facilities out so will definitly return. Thank you for having us 😊

Perfect place to stay!

I would highly recommend the property for couples and foe for families to stay. The location is perfect either to stay in or to travel to other places. It is very clean, quiet. Perfect to relax. Caravans are clean, newly furnished, very good equipped kitchen. Tesco is just 7 minutes away by car. There is two pubs over there by the marina.

There is not a thing I don't like there. It's perfect place to stay!
