Excellent location right in the city centre, close to the shambles, shops and bars.
Bed and pillows were really comfortable.

Need key code to get in through main door and then into your room

Had a great stay and woukd definitely stay again
The bedrrom was very warm .. but there was a fan available which helped
The bathroom mirrors were too high for me .. had to stand on tip toes or keep going into bed room and using the large mirror on wardrobe. I get it though that if they were lower taller people would complain

Perfect location directly opposite the Shambles, less than 10 mins from anywhere in the city.
Decorated beautifully.
Building was fantastic and rich with history.
We had everything we could possibly need provided.
Surprisingly quiet for such a busy place.
The building manager was very professional and respectful when he came to fix a issue with the shower room which was organised within minutes by the hosts.
Fantastic value for the location.
We will definitely stay again
There was a substantial leak from the flat above. However, this was promptly rectified by the hosts and the building manager.
We couldn't get on to the WiFi.
Parking at Q-parking was expensive
Lots of stairs. Not very good if you have any mobility or physical issues.
Bed draw at the foot of the bed was missing the front and had screws sticking out.
