Our stay at Orikum was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation was a hit – the rooms were very clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. The location was perfect – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to offer advice on what to see and do in the area - very well prepared with the answers! Always available! The atmosphere was so welcoming that we truly felt at home. A great place for both a peaceful getaway and exploring Albania. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and beautiful views. I will definitely be back! 🌊☀️

Amarildo, le jeune homme qui gère l’immeuble, est très sympa! En cas de besoin vous pouvez compter sur lui. L’appartement est bien équipé et très propre, pas de bruit la nuit, bon emplacement même sans voiture. Tout est à proximité.

Bon emplacement pour une famille qui cherche le calme. Plage à 5 min à pied. Magasin, pâtisserie, café et restos à proximité.

La climatisation fonctionnait bien et n’était pas trop bruyante.

C’est le logement qui nous a couté le plus cher en Albanie et qui était le plus vétuste et le moins confortable. Le lit était très dur, le séchoir à linge s’écroulait, l’hôte nous a fourni un tout petit rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 jours. Il y avait vraiment le strict minimum dans cet appartement. L’odeur d’essence dans le hall de l’immeuble et dans les couloirs etait très désagréable et quelque peu inquiétante.Cet appartement ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos de l’annonce, pas de vue sur les montagnes mais sur l’immeuble d’en face délabré. 60 euros la nuit, c’est vraiment très cher ! Je ne comprends pas que l’on puisse lui attribuer une note de 9,6! Passez votre chemin, vous trouverez mieux ailleurs !
