Villa Yseni

Дуже приємна і турботлива пані Анжеліна) Просторий і затишний номер з усім необхідним: пральна машина, фен, праска, посуд, спеції і чай) Деревʼяна стеля 4-5 м висотою робить простір ще більшим. Вілла знаходиться за 1 км від моря, але територія до моря нічим не забудована. Ми проживали на 3 поверсі, і з вінка відкривався гарний вид на море. Прямо від вілли проходить центральна вулиця, на якій є різні магазинчики, ресторанчики, пекарні, кондитерські, обмінники. В Орікумі відкрився супермаркет Сімі- дуже зручно закуповуватись там. Праворуч від вілли дорога веде на Orikum beach- ідеальний берег для дітей, море з пісчаним мілким дном ( від коліна - по пояс десь 10м) Трошки правіше від цього пляжу розташований Public beach, захід галька, а потім пісчане дно( від пояса по плечі десь 10м)

Als erstes möchte ich den sehr sehr netten Vermieter erwähnen. Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation auf deutsch. Mama vor Ort ist großartig und sehr freundlich. Das Apartment ist großzügig und am Ende des Ortskern gelegen. Es ist alles wichtige vorhanden und man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen und man muss sich nicht scheuen nach etwas zu fragen, falls etwas fehlt. Nachts ist es ruhig und der Strand ist nicht weit. Auch alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Einen Parkplatz am Haus zu bekommen ist auch kein Problem.

Für unseren Aufenthalt von 6 Nächten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

The flat is stunning, clean, has quite a "european" vibe to it and has all the required amenities. Not to mention the gorgeous view towards the sunset. Our stay was wonderful. There was even a washing machine - very handy for a slightly longer stay and hot weathers.

Nothing specific to note - we preferred to drive to the beach but technically the distance is walkable.

The appartement is new, nice and comfortable. It has a washing machine and 2 balconies.

The electricity shortage, apperently this is the situation in the village, but it was very annoying. The communication with the host is a bit messy, since he is in Germany and the other family is in the same house, so we have encountered some missundurstandings. The kitchen is not well prepared, there should be some kettle or gezve for coffee.
