Mateo Apartaments

I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. La struttura è nuova, gli appartamenti sono ristrutturati e grandi. La casa nel suo insieme è molto bella e la posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiagge piu belle della costa centrale di Valona. Consigliato!

Proporrei di aggiungere qualche utensile in piu in cucina come scolapasta o qualche padella/pentola in più. Per il resto è andato davvero tutto ok

Surrounded by the green the outside appearance is nice. Inside appartment: spacious. Welcoming gesture by (parent of) host by supplying fresh eggs.

Poorly signalized location, parallel to the main road. When we arrived the Wifi router was not connected to the web, some wall sockets were without power. Electrician quickly arrived but let the sockets hang loose from the wall and in fact did not connect them. The hood above the stove was not connected, just loose cable dangling without plug. When asked, this was totally new to the host. We stayed 5 nights, already the 2-nd day the host was asking multiple times when we will pay. When paying, before departure, applying poorest exchange rate to Lek. Have fun host. The balcony is in fact a terrace, in itself OK and nice for breakfast, however located adjacent to a place where cars of the owner and other guests are turning (because of the lack of maneuvring space) or are left running idle... Thank you host. Airco is available in 1 bedroom, so the rest of the appt (and bedroom) only cools down with doors open. The main bed room has a dangerous 12 cm floor level difference with the other rooms. These experiences at Mateo do not reflect our other experiences during our trip to Albany. But the good news: most of it can be solved!
