​Die Top-Lage und der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage waren ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung selbst war schön groß, sehr sauber und bot Meerblick. Auch die Waschmaschine hat einwandfrei funktioniert. ​Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Vermieter: Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei kleinen Anliegen (einem Sicherungsausfall und Problemen in der Tiefgarage) sofort weitergeholfen. Trotz der unten stehenden Negativpunkte würden wir wieder kommen.
​Die Küchenausstattung könnte unserer Meinung nach ein Upgrade vertragen: Eine Kaffeemaschine hat gefehlt und auch beim Besteck gab es Nachholbedarf – so war beispielsweise kein einziges normales Messer vorhanden. ​Auch das Badezimmer empfanden wir als renovierungsbedürftig. Der Wasserboiler hat ständig getropft, die Duschwanne wies Risse auf und der Abfluss sah leider alles andere als ansprechend aus.
