What I liked most about this apartment was that it had air conditioning, which made the stay very comfortable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. It was a great combination of comfort, cleanliness, and value for money.

I can definitely say that was our best experience in albania. A great location, well located in the city of Orikum, in a new building with all the necessary facilities near. The Apartment: was amazing, with all the necessary things and VERY VERY CLEAN. The owner was so gentle and a great host and assisted us with lot of informations and some necessary things for our 1 year old child . Near the building was brand new , and it has lot of spaces. The orikum beach is just 4 minutes by car and was very suitable for families with children. We are going definitely to choose again this property for our next vacations, as price, location, and comfort was well proportioned. Highly recommended!
