Gospodarz przyjazny u pomocny. Czysto i schludnie. Na miejscu lodówka, telewizor, kuchenka do gotowania i podstawowe sprzęty potrzebne do tego. Ręczniki na miejscu, klimatyzacja, duże szafy i wygodne łóżka, pralka. Dużo miejsca dla dużej rodziny albo przyjaciół chcących spędzić czas w Orikum. Blisko do centrum. Dobra komunikacja międzymiastowa (albo taxi albo busy - my wybraliśmy przygodę z busami :) plaża raczej kamienista (kamienie typu otoczaki, biało szare, urokliwe), jeżowców na "naszej plaży" niewiele.

Brakowało mi trochę podstawowych rzeczy"na start": sól, czy płyn do naczyń, których używa się niewiele, a przyjeżdząjąc na kilka dni - trzeba zaopatrzyć się kupując spore opakowania, których się nie wykorzysta. Poza tym- wszystko super :)

The property was spacious, clean and close to all the needed amenities. There was a seafood restaurant in the same block as the apartment. Downtown Oricum was a block away offering various restaurants and coffee shops. My family was very satisfied with the apartment.

Pas beaucoup de verre, pas d´equipement pour laver la vaisselle

The owner of the apartment is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious (great for families), with new furnishings and, most importantly during hot days, excellent air conditioning. Parking is available in front of the apartment. The apartment is located near several shops and restaurants. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. If you enjoy exploring different beaches, it’s about a 20-minute drive through the tunnel to the town of Dhërmi, where you’ll find even more beaches that are interesting for children.
